Shipping Policy
It takes between 1 and 2 business days to process your order, when the product is in stock. Otherwise, contact us and we will confirm the production time.
In the case of personalized jewelery or rings of different sizes than those in stock, the delivery time will vary depending on the model.
If you need an urgent shipment, contact us to consult the conditions and rates.
FIDEL ROCA is not responsible for additional customs and tariff expenses, or delays in order deliveries, for reasons beyond the company's control or for incomplete or erroneous recipient data.
In case of making a change in the delivery address once the order has been placed, you must notify it as soon as possible. If the package has already been dispatched, the change of address will entail an additional cost equivalent to the cost of shipping.
We will not ship to a PO box.
If you receive the package with the defective packaging, you must state it on the delivery note (in the case of Nacex) or reject it, and contact us.
The RRP of shipments will vary according to the destination area:
Peninsula
- All orders are shipped with Nacex and the delivery time is 24-48 business hours. We will provide you with the tracking number as soon as the package is ready to leave our jewelry store.
- Purchases over € 80 will be sent free of charge.
- Shipments of purchases under € 80 have a cost of € 6.
Pick up at FIDEL ROCA store
You can make your purchase comfortably at home and come and pick it up at our store located at C / Escola Industrial, 17 Sabadell, at no additional cost.
We will send you an e-mail when your order is ready for collection (approximately 24 business hours).
To collect the order you must present the purchase e-mail that you receive when making it and provide all your personal data.
The schedule is as follows:
Monday from 5.30 p.m. to 8 p.m.
Tuesday to Friday: from 10am to 1pm and from 5.30pm to 8pm
Saturdays: from 10am to 1pm.
Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla
- Shipments to the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla will be made by registered letter through the Post Office, at a cost of € 7. The delivery time will be 3 working days, excluding holidays (you can see it on their website). If we take between 1 and 3 days to process your order, you can receive it at home between 4 and 7 days).
European Union, United States, Central and South America
- Shipments to Europe and international destinations will be made by registered letter, with a cost of € 10 and € 13 respectively and the delivery time will depend on the destination (you can see it on their website).
RETURNS
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 calendar days from the date of receipt to exercise your right of withdrawal (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, of Regulation of Retail Commerce modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19). After this period, we will not be able to accept returns.
Returns of personalized jewelry or special orders are excluded.
The jewels must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with all the documentation included.
To be able to make the return, send us an e-mail first and we will provide you with the withdrawal document, which must be correctly completed with your personal data and signature.
The return shipping will be paid by the buyer. In the case of having accepted any offer or promotion in the shipping costs, the buyer must also pay the amount of said offer.
We will start the return process, once we have received the product and check that it is in perfect condition and without signs of use. If it is correct, we will proceed to refund the amount of the jewel within a maximum period of 14 days, using the same payment method, in accordance with current regulations.
Otherwise, we will cancel the operation.
CHANGES
In the event that you want to change the jewel or a ring size, you have 14 days. Please let us know at fidelroca@fidelroca.cat
The jewels must be in perfect condition, in their original packaging and with all the documentation included.
The return and next delivery of the item to be exchanged will be paid by the buyer.
