LEGAL BASES FOR PARTICIPATION IN THE SWEEPSTAKES (draw for comments on Instagram)

 1.- ORGANIZING COMPANY OF THE PROMOTION The company JOIES I PROTOCOL ROCA JOIERS SL with address at calle Escola Industrial, 17 de Sabadell and identified with the cif number B64800931 organizes the national raffle (hereinafter, “the Promotion”), at develop through the Internet, exclusively for users residing in Spain in accordance with the provisions of the participation requirements section. The purpose of this raffle is to reward the loyalty of the brand's followers.

 2.-START DATE AND END DATE as indicated by Instagram publication

 3.- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS AND PROMOTION MECHANICS The participation requirements will be the following:

- Those who reside in Spain and are over 18 years of age may participate.

- Only those Participants who are holders of an Instagram account may participate.

- Participants must comment on the publication of the brand on the social network Instagram tagging [2 friends] during the participation period, follow @fidelrocajoiers and like the photo

 - Participants may only participate with a single Instagram profile. If it is detected that a Participant participates with several Instagram profiles, they will be disqualified.

- The application will accumulate mentions and hashtags of the same Participant even if they are in different comments.

 4.- PROMOTION AND PRIZE CONDITIONS The winner will be chosen randomly through the App Raffles platform. The winner will be announced on December 31st through the brand's social profiles, along with the raffle's validity certificate. The award will consist of a jeweler's fund with Marta Pla. The prize cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize, nor can it be subject to change or alteration. The holding of the draw, as well as the awarding of the prize, are subject to current tax regulations.

5.- DISQUALIFICATIONS AND PENALTIES If it is evidenced that any of the Participants does not meet the requirements demanded in the Bases, or the data provided to participate were not valid, their participation will be considered void and they will be automatically excluded from the Promotion, losing all rights to the prizes awarded under this Promotion.

6.- PUBLICATION OF COMMENTS OR OPINIONS Comments or opinions whose content is considered inappropriate, that are offensive, injurious or discriminatory or that could violate the rights of third parties will not be allowed. Neither will comments against an individual that violate the principles of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and one's own image will be allowed. We will not be liable for damages caused by comments made by Participants in the Promotion, and that at any time could hurt the sensitivity of other Participants. Participation in this Promotion, as well as the publication of comments made by Participants in the publications, may not under any circumstances violate the Community Rules of Instagram or the Conditions of use of Instagram. 22

7.- DISCLAIMER OF LIABILITY By way of example, but not limited to, we are not responsible for possible losses, theft, delays or any other circumstance attributable to third parties that may affect the development of this Promotion, nor are we responsible for the use that the Participant makes regarding the prize obtained from this Promotion. We do not assume responsibility in cases of force majeure or fortuitous event that could prevent the completion of the Promotion or the total or partial enjoyment of the prize.

8.- PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA In accordance with the provisions of the General Data Protection Regulations, each participant with the acceptance of these Legal Bases consents that their personal data be incorporated into a file, owned by it, in order to manage the draw, as well as to disseminate and publicize its results, and process the award ceremony. We inform you that you can exercise your rights of Access, Rectification, Suppression, Opposition, Limitation of treatment, Portability, forgetting and not being the subject of automated individual decisions by sending an e-mail to fidelroca@fidelroca.cat, attaching a copy of a identification document.

9.- CHANGES AND ACCEPTANCE We reserve the right to modify or extend these promotional bases, to the extent that it does not harm or impair the rights of the Participants in the Promotion. The mere fact of participating in the draw implies that the Participant fully accepts the conditions of these Legal Bases. Likewise, participation in a raffle of this nature implies acceptance of the rules of the Instagram social network through which it is developed.

10.- APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION These legal bases will be governed in accordance with Spanish law. The Courts and Tribunals of the city of residence of the Participants will be competent to resolve any claim or controversy that may arise in relation to the validity, interpretation or compliance of these bases.
